2026/2027 Academic Year Rates
Rates below include the rent charge for incoming transfers, graduate students and continuing SSU students. Prices are all inclusive and include rent for space in a furnished room/suite from August 19, 2026 - May 21, 2027 (does not include the time between December 19, 2026 and January 21, 2027) all utilities, access to Wi-Fi, and Xfinity TV and DVR style service. Cost is split between Fall and Spring semesters determined by the number of contractual days.
Fall: August 19, 2026 - December 18, 2026; 122 days
Spring: January 22, 2027 - May 21, 2027; 119 days
Charges are applied to student's accounts in July for the Fall semester and December for the Spring semester. Costs include the $100 housing down payment paid when applying to live on campus.
A meal plan is not included but can be purchased separately through Culinary Services.
