Welcome to Cabernet Village Apartments at Sonoma State University!

Our apartments are 1,210 square feet and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, ample storage space, and all utilities included in one monthly rate. Pets are welcome!

No need to worry about paying utilities including electricity, water, sewage, trash, and Comcast Xfinity as these are all included! Enjoy on-site laundry facilities. Dogs and cats (up to 2 pets total) are welcome in Cabernet Village! Pet rent is an additional $25 per month per pet.
