Receive letters and packages conveniently on campus through SSU's centralized mail service. Residents are assigned a campus mailing address and can pick up mail and packages at the Zinfandel Service Desk.

Enjoy access to Xfinity On Campus, which includes live TV, on demand content, and DVR streaming on your computer, phone, tablet, or supported streaming device. Residents can sign in with their SSU credentials to access entertainment from anywhere on campus.

Submit maintenance requests online for repairs or facility concerns in your room, suite, or apartment. The Facilities Management team works to address issues promptly and helps keep residential communities safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

SSU's pest management program helps residents address issues such as ants, rodents, bed bugs, and other pests. Report concerns through a maintenance request, and trained staff will assess the situation and coordinate appropriate treatment when needed.
