Incoming First Time Freshmen Housing Rates 26/27

Costs for Living Communities include the rent/food charge for incoming first year students.  Prices are all inclusive and include rent for space in a furnished room/suite from August 19, 2026 - May 21, 2027 (does not include the time between December 19, 2026 and January 21, 2027) all utilities, access to Wi-Fi, and Xfinity TV and DVR style service.  Cost is split between Fall and Spring semesters determined by the number of contractual days.

Fall: August 19, 2026 - December 18, 2026; 122 days

Spring: January 23, 2027 - May 21, 2027; 119 days

Charges are applied to student's accounts in July for the Fall semester and December for the Spring semester. Costs include the $100 housing down payment paid when applying to live on campus.

All traditional-age first year students living on campus are required to have a Seawolf All Access meal plan for the duration of their first academic year, regardless of the room assignment location.  Seawolf All Access meal plan of $7,066 for the year ($3,625 for fall and $3,441 for spring) is included in the rates below.
