2024/2025 Academic Year Rates
Rates below include the rent charge for incoming students. Prices are all inclusive and include rent for space in a furnished room from August 15, 2024-May 16, 2025 (excluding the time between December 14, 2024 and January 16, 2025) all utilities, laundry, access to Wi-Fi, and Xfinity TV and DVR style services.
The academic year cost is split between Fall and Spring semesters and is determined by the number of contractual days in each semester. Charges are applied to student's accounts in July for the Fall semester and December for the Spring semester. Costs include the $300 housing down payment paid when applying to live on campus.

A meal plan is not included but can be purchased separately through Culinary Services.
