Sonoma State University is proud to offer employee-housing opportunities including Cabernet Village Apartments, Marina Crossing Apartments, and with the Sonoma Land Trust. The Employee Housing program assists employees in finding suitable and affordable housing.
Cabernet Apartments
Housing is available for faculty and staff on campus in Cabernet Village Apartments and include two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom. Furnished (limited availability) and unfurnished apartments are available.
Marina Crossing Apartments are located in Petaluma and are a short distance from Sonoma State University. Marina Crossing Apartments include 90 living spaces ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Sonoma State University formed a collaborative relationship with the non-profit Housing Land Trust of Sonoma County in an effort to provide housing for staff and faculty.
