Residents will be billed semester rent and food charges one month prior to the start of the semester. Residents can either pay in full once the charge has been placed or in 4 installments outlined below. Please refer to the How to Pay website for payment information.

Meal plan not included. Transfer and currently enrolled SSU students can purchase a meal plan online by logging into your SSU account and clicking on "Payments" or they can be purchased in person at the Seawolf Service Center, located on the first floor of Salazar Hall. 12 Month Contract
Based on the 12-month lease agreement, residents will be assigned to the designated Summer Housing Building for 2022 in either Beaujolais Village or Sauvignon Village. Residents will not be able to reside in Cabernet, Zinfandel, Verdot, or Tuscany Village. Depending on the room type assignment and location, the cost for the summer assignment will be an additional $2,436 - $3,306. Summer rent will be charged to your account 1 month prior to the end of the Spring semester*.

If you have a financial hardship and are unable to make the summer payment in full, please contact our department. We will be happy to assist and work with you in making alternate payments.
