Please bookmark this page as we will continue to regularly update the information listed here, as details are finalized.
Important Dates
Mid-July
Room assignments will be emailed to your SSU email address. Your assignment will include: village, building, room number/bedroom letter, roommate and housemate contact information, and mailing address
Late July
Students will be provided with their assigned Move-In date and time, this includes; check-in date and time, check-in location, pre-arrival guidance, Move-In instructions for checking in, unloading, and parking
COVID-19
SSU continues to follow guidelines from Sonoma County Public Health, along with the CDC and the State of California. For both your convenience and safety, we will continue to balance the ease of moving in with social and physical distancing directives. Below is a sneak peek at what you might plan for:
- Move-In Dates: Move-In will take place Sunday, August 15, and Monday, August 16, before classes begin August 18. Once plans have been finalized, this website will be updated.
- Scheduled Move-In Time: To limit the number of residents moving in at one time, students will be assigned a scheduled date and time in which to Move-In. Each resident will need to adhere to their assigned schedule once it is posted.
Assistance with Move-In: for health and safety purposes, residents will need to limit the number of family members/guests helping students to move in. And, there will not be university volunteers or equipment such as hand trucks or carts available to assist with Move-In.
