2024/2025 Academic Year Rates
Rates below include the rent/food charge for incoming first year students. Prices are all inclusive and include rent for space in a furnished room/suite from August 15, 2024 - May 16, 2025 (does not include the time between December 14, 2024 and January 16, 2025) all utilities, access to Wi-Fi, and Xfinity TV and DVR style service. Cost is split between Fall and Spring semesters determined by the number of contractual days. (Fall = 121 days: Spring 119 days)
Fall: August 15, 2024-December 13, 2024
Spring: January 17, 2025-May 16, 2025
Charges are applied to student's accounts in July for the Fall semester and December for the Spring semester. Costs include the $300 housing down payment paid when applying to live on campus.
All traditional-age first year students living on campus are required to have a Seawolf All Access meal plan for the duration of their first academic year, regardless of the room assignment location. Seawolf All Access meal plan of $6,661 for the year ($3,403 for fall spring, $3,258 for spring semester) is included in the rates below. Please refer to Culinary Services webpage for operating hours and days.

Residents will be billed semester rent and food charges one month prior to the start of the semester. Residents can either pay in full once the charge has been placed or in 4 installments. Please refer to the How to Pay website for payment information.
