Home to Sophomore+ and Transfer students, Beaujolais village consists of 4-bedroom apartments with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, and a shared living room and kitchen.

Home to First year students, Cabernet Village consists of 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments with each having a shared living room and kitchen. Cabernet apartments consist of one triple and one double occupancy bedroom.

Sauvignon Village

Home to First year, Sophomore+, and Transfer students, Sauvignon Village has 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartments housing 6-7 students, and each having a shared living room and kitchen.

Tuscany Village

Home to Sophomore+ and Transfer students, Tuscany Village consists of townhomes with both single and double occupancy bedrooms, individual bathrooms in each room, and a shared living room and kitchen.

Verdot Village

Home to First year students, Verdot Village consists of two- and four-bedroom suites with single, double, and triple occupancy bedrooms, a separate bathroom area, and a shared living room.

Zinfandel Village

Home to First year students, Zinfandel Village consists of suites with single and double occupancy bedrooms, a separate bathroom area, and a shared living room.
