2023/2024 Academic Year Rates
Rates below include the rent charge for continuing SSU students. Prices are all inclusive and include rent for space in a furnished room from August 15, 2023 - May 17, 2024 (does not include the time between December 16, 2023 and January 19, 2024) all utilities, laundry, access to Wi-Fi, and Xfinity TV and DVR style service.
The Academic Year cost is split between Fall and Spring semesters and is determined by the number of contractual days in each semester.
Fall: August 15, 2023 - December 15, 2023
Spring: January 20, 2024 - May 17, 2024
A meal plan is not included but can be purchased through Culinary Services separately.

2023/2024 Academic Year Installments
Residents will be billed the semester rent charges one month prior to the start of the semester. Residents can either pay in full once the charge has been placed or in 4 installments as outlined below. Please refer to the How to Pay website for payment information.
