Even though classes will not be occurring and university business operations are significantly curtailed, the Residential Community will be open March 16-20.
If you will be staying on campus during this time, you will need to register starting March 1 on the ResidentWeb and follow the instructions for Current Residents.
The Kitchens closes Friday, March 14th at 3PM and reopens Sunday, March 22nd at 3pm; with limited retails services Monday through Friday. For more information about eating on campus around the year, please visit Culinary Services' website.
Notice to Verdot Residents: During spring break, Facilities Management will be repairing a water line for the Verdot buildings. Due to the nature of the repair, Facilities Management will need to shut down the water to the ENTIRE VILLAGE. While Verdot residents will still have access to their room, they will not have access to water and therefore, residents staying for break will be relocated. The water shut down impacts all faucets, showers, and toilets. REACH will contact Verdot Residents who register for break March 12 with information on where Verdot residents will be staying during the break.

The last meal served in the Kitchens before closing for the break will be dinner on November 26 at 8:00 p.m. The Kitchens will reopen at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 1.
Residents will need to leave campus 24 hours after their last final or by 11:00 a.m. on December 14. You may leave your personal belongings in your room; however, we suggest taking anything you consider of high value with you. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Place a maintenance request immediately if for some reason you have a lock problem on windows or doors.
The Kitchens closes Friday, December 13 at 8 p.m., please note this is the last time students can use their Unlimited Meal Plan for the Fall 2019 semester. For more information about eating on campus during academic breaks or throughout the year, please visit Culinary Services' website.
Be sure to take out all trash and clean your refrigerator. Dispose of perishable foods in case the electricity goes out and food spoils.
The School of Extended Education is providing Winter Intersession classes January 2 - January 17. Students continuing from the Fall semester to the Spring semester who need to live on campus during that time, will be allowed to stay in their current rooms at no additional cost. Residents must register for housing during winter break at least 3 days prior to arriving on campus. Log on to the ResidentWeb starting November 15 and follow the instructions for "Current Resident Living on Campus." Residents who do not register prior to arriving run the risk of being locked out.
There will be no meal service available in The Kitchens during the Intersession period. The Kitchens will reopen at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 17 for lunch and dinner.
The Residential Community reopens for the Spring semester on Friday, January 17.
