Service Desk Workers assist in the processing and delivering of packages and letter mail to residential students. They work in a fast pace work environment where accuracy and attention to detail are a must. This position also serves as a resource for the campus community by answering questions and providing directional assistance. Students who work in this position are a part of a dynamic team environment as well as obtain practical job skills. We are seeking students who model the Seawolf Commitment, can navigate competing demands, and who can provide excellent customer service to our community members.
Hiring for this position usually takes place in the beginning and the end of each semester. Applications for this position will be available via Handshake once the recruitment period begins.
