On Campus Rates

It is important for all students interested in living on campus to be aware of the applicable costs. This section of the website is designed to be helpful for both students and their families/supporters when it comes to paying for on-campus housing.

The rates listed here are based on the full academic year, which begins in August and ends in May. Charges are applied to student's accounts in July for the Fall semester and December for the Spring semester. *In addition, the rates below do not include a $125.00 housing rent only charge for incoming first-year and transfer students participating in NOMA Nation Orientation & Welcome Week.

2022/2023 Rates for Student Living On Campus

First Year Students: 

Costs below includes the $300 Housing Down Payment paid when applying to live on campus.  All traditional-age first-year students living on campus are required to have a Seawolf All Access meal plan for the duration of their first academic year, regardless of their room assignment location.

**Price Lock - available to eligible students in the Seawolf All-Inclusive Experience (2021). Students who applied for 2021/2022 housing by May 7, 2021, and continue to live on campus for consecutive semesters were eligible to lock in the 2021/2022 year rates.
